Position Summary: A medical professional specialized in health management to optimize spending and efficiency in high-cost medical services, ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of expenditure control for General Health products. 2. Identification of high-cost health technologies and efficiency improvements. 3. Focus on enhancing core services and service satisfaction. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage expenditure control for General Health products, strategic areas, and projects. Identify CPM management opportunities. Identify high-cost health technologies within General Health to define relevance in the CINT, coordinating the implementation of efficiency improvements in services. Manage efficiency improvements in core services: Traumatology, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Robotic procedures, Imaging, and other high-cost services. Guide treating physicians on appropriate use of supplies and ad hoc materials during procedures. Monitor claims indicators, patient safety, and service satisfaction metrics within CPM. Control General Health costs and support the development of technological initiatives and related dashboards. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Medical doctor with a second specialization or postgraduate degree in health management or quality * Experience in project management, medical auditing, cost and budget management * Intermediate Excel skills; databases or Python, Claude or ChatGPT **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
