Excellent work environment Our client, a leading Peruvian private security company with over 30 years in the market, has entrusted us with the search for a **Corporate Sales Executive**. What are the main responsibilities? * Prospect, identify, and acquire new corporate segment clients. * Conduct security needs assessments at client facilities. * Design, develop, and present customized technical-commercial security service proposals aligned with each client’s specific requirements, supported by the Operations team. * Negotiate commercial terms, manage consultative sales processes, and finalize contracts. * Record and maintain up-to-date sales activities in the CRM. What are we looking for? * University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or coursework in consultative selling, negotiation, or sales management is desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate service sales, preferably in private security, surveillance, telecommunications, technology, or B2B services. * Familiarity with the physical security market and its associated services is desirable. What are the employment conditions? * Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + transportation allowance. * On-site work at the office located in Pueblo Libre, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Willingness to travel to provincial areas; driver’s license preferred.
