Integration into a company recognized in the automotive industry **CUSTOMER SERVICE** **AUTOPLASEN**, a leading company specializing in **automotive air conditioning services for premium vehicles** in La Molina, is seeking a **female candidate aged 22–25 years** to join our team as a **Customer Service Advisor**. **PURPOSE** To serve as the **primary bridge between our customers and the technical team**, delivering personalized, professional, and service-oriented support aimed at ensuring an outstanding customer experience. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Vehicle Reception** * Greet customers and their vehicles courteously and professionally. * Accurately record customer observations, needs, and requirements. * Track each vehicle from intake through to delivery. **Commercial Management** * Prepare work orders and quotations. * Follow up on quotations and approvals. * Identify opportunities to sell additional services. * Convert customer inquiries and needs into commercial opportunities. **Customer Communication** * Keep customers informed about service progress. * Communicate diagnoses, estimates, delivery timelines, and completed work. * Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and commercial inquiries. **Scheduling** * Coordinate and organize workshop appointments. * Confirm appointments and follow up with pending customers. **After-Sales Service** * Conduct follow-up calls and messages after service completion. * Measure customer satisfaction. * Promote customer loyalty and repeat business. **Administration** * Support billing processes. * Maintain updated documentation and service records. **WHAT WE SEEK?** * **Female candidate aged 22–25 years** * Technical or university education in **Business Administration or related fields**. * Experience in **customer service and/or sales**, or willingness to undergo training in these areas. * Desired experience in **automotive repair shops, dealerships, auto parts sales, or vehicle-related services**. * Excellent communication skills and verbal fluency. * Strong writing ability and spelling proficiency. * Proficiency in **WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, and digital tools**. * Organized, responsible, proactive, and personable individual. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems effectively. * **Commercial orientation and passion for sales.** * Preferred residence in areas near **La Molina / Molicentro**. **THE PROFILE WE WANT** We seek a **young, dynamic, charismatic, and results-driven individual**, who enjoys serving customers, communicates effectively, and confidently interacts with owners of **premium vehicles**.
