Ensure achievement and over-achievement of individual and group sales targets by continuously tracking team performance. 4\. Monitor the team’s daily commercial activities using CRM tools and corporate platforms, guaranteeing timely and accurate information recording. 5\. Conduct follow-up, planning, and results review meetings, establishing action plans to optimize commercial performance. 6\. Provide field mentoring, coaching, and continuous feedback to strengthen the team’s commercial and negotiation skills. 7\. Supervise proper execution of the company’s established sales, prospecting, and commercial management model. "8\.
