Lead and develop multidisciplinary technology teams We are looking for a **Deputy Information Technology (IT) Manager** to lead the organization's technology strategy and support the growth of a dynamic business where technology must respond rapidly to new commercial needs. We seek a candidate with **strategic vision, decision-making capability, and high execution speed**, capable of leading projects in transformation, system development, cybersecurity, data, and infrastructure—ensuring business technological continuity and evolution. **What will be your challenge?** * Design and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning the evolution of platforms, systems, infrastructure, and IT services with business objectives and needs. * Lead the planning, prioritization, execution, and monitoring of the technology project portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives. * Oversee the availability, stability, performance, scalability, and continuity of technology platforms and services supporting operations, establishing and monitoring service-level agreements. * Lead the evolution of the technology architecture and promote initiatives in security, continuity, automation, innovation, and digital transformation to improve business efficiency and growth capacity. * Lead and develop the Technology team, manage vendors and budgets, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, BI, Finance, and other departments to ensure technology solutions aligned with the company’s strategic priorities. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 8 years of experience in technology roles such as IT Manager, Technology Manager, IT Coordinator, Technology Leader, or similar, including at least 3 years leading teams. * Strong expertise in strategic IT management and IT governance. * Strong expertise in Cloud Computing, solution architecture, and technology infrastructure. * Strong expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and operational continuity. * Experience leading digital transformation and technology evolution projects. * Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology services. * Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams. **Offer and Benefits:** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Hybrid Mode: Surco * Formal payroll under the General Regime * Corporate benefits Application Questions: * In which district do you live? * Please provide your current contact number (calls and WhatsApp) * What is your academic degree and field of study? * How many years of experience do you have in managerial IT positions? * What is your availability to start? * What is your salary expectation?
