We are Visso, a Peruvian company specializing in the design and manufacturing of office and home furniture. We are currently seeking: Design Assistant Responsibilities: * Coordinate with the commercial department regarding client requirements, preparation and review of drawings * Coordinate with the logistics department when new materials or accessories are requested * Develop designs and fabrication drawings * Export and distribute documentation: cutting lists, edge-banding lists, CNC files, outsourced component drawings, RMS * Develop prototype designs as directed by management * Execute 2D, 3D, and fabrication drawings for metal and melamine departments * Support on-site measurements at client facilities in Lima and/or provincial areas * Assist production staff with any questions regarding developed drawings * Develop special cutting drawings not intended for machining * Manage activities such as identification and contact with suppliers, information research, parameter establishment, and other tasks necessary for proper calibration and verification of measurement instruments * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor Requirements: * Technical degree in Drafting, Industrial Design, Mechanical Technology, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office * Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory * Advanced-level proficiency in Autodesk Inventor software is mandatory * 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions * Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Benefits: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Career development path * Profit-sharing payments * Corporate discounts Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application questions: * Please indicate your work experience duration in similar positions * Do you have experience operating industrial machinery and equipment, such as cutting machines, CNC machines, etc.? * Please specify your level of AutoCAD proficiency * Please specify your level of Autodesk Inventor software proficiency * Do you have knowledge of Revit Architecture or SketchUp?
