Position Summary: Implement development activities that serve as the primary link between the team and communities, with a focus on children's well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Implement development activities that constitute the primary link between WV's program team and local actors and communities, focusing on collaboration with local groups and organizations to contribute to children's well-being priorities. Main Functions. * Implement and monitor child and adolescent participation in development activities planned from a shared vision with the community. * Ensure communication fulfillment between children and sponsors. Requirements. * University graduate or current university student, or technical-level graduate in Humanities or Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education) or related fields, with complementary experience in this area. * Technical Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community development work. * Experience implementing techniques or activities focused on violence prevention. * Experience working in contexts of social insecurity risk. * Proficiency in operating a 4x4 vehicle is mandatory. * Must reside in the work area or adjacent municipalities.
