Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead academic affairs, coordinate and supervise teaching staff, organize courses, manage resources, and ensure continuous improvement of educational quality. Continuous improvement of educational quality We are a Private Higher Education Institution with multiple campuses in Lima and the provinces, and we need to hire an outstanding professional for our campus located in the district of Puente Piedra. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Academic leadership for continuing education courses and short-cycle programs; coordination and supervision of teaching staff ✔ Course organization and scheduling (curricular frameworks). ✔ Management of educational resources and oversight of proper implementation of classrooms and materials. ✔ Monitoring of student performance ✔ Administrative and academic coordination ✔ Continuous improvement of educational quality **Requirements:** \- Degree in Education, Health-related fields, or related disciplines. \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles within private educational institutions (institutes and schools). \- Proficiency in digital tools \- Leadership, effective communication, and team management skills.
