Coordinate order distribution and route assignment. Conduct real-time tracking of customers and motorized agents. Verify compliance with schedules, attendance, and productivity of motorized agents. Resolve operational incidents during the workday. Coordinate with customers, warehouses, and other departments involved in operations. Identify opportunities for improvement in routes and distribution processes. Provide feedback to the team and monitor their performance. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols. * **Requirements** 1–2 years of experience as a distribution supervisor or coordinator. Experience managing motorized personnel. Knowledge of routes and distribution in Metropolitan Lima. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. GPS tracking applications, delivery platforms, or logistics management systems experience is desirable. Ability to work under pressure and resolve incidents quickly.
