




Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Archiving Assistant with experience in document management, banking procedures, and organization to support various administrative areas and functions within a collections company. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in report preparation, digitization, and archiving. 2. Support in administrative functions and external procedures. 3. Collaboration in improving the Quality Management System. A collections-sector company with over 20 years of market experience managing diverse financial system portfolios, bank account receivables, and more. We are currently seeking to incorporate the position of “Document Archiving Assistant” into our staff. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or incomplete higher education or technical studies in Computer Science or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in report preparation, digitization, and file management. * Experience in organizing archives. * Experience handling procedures at banks, municipal offices, or other public entities. * Knowledge of financial transactions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. COMPETENCIES: * Frustration tolerance * Results-oriented * Proactivity * Punctuality and responsibility * Dynamism and energy YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Receiving, registering, and verifying documentation delivered to the Company. * Assisting with attendance validation records, overtime hours, and other Human Resources department records. * Managing and dispatching company correspondence from the main office to provincial branches. * Preparing quotations from suppliers for approval of monthly purchases. * Coordinating and organizing the office for in-person meetings across different departments. * Carrying out off-site assignments diligently and carefully, such as cash payments or bank deposits, and various procedures at entities including Public Registries, SUNAT (Peruvian Tax Authority), and the Ministry of Labor. * Accurately entering judicial information regarding cases handled by THE COMPANY into the judicial management information system and all other records designated by your supervisor. * Archiving court notifications and legal documents related to cases handled by THE COMPANY in strict order. * Handling dispatches of company, client, and other relevant entity documentation pertaining to the Company’s core operations. * Delivering supporting documents and results of such assignments as soon as possible, or by the start of the following business day if not feasible. * Performing all activities involving cash or valuables with maximum caution and care. * Collecting checks and making deposits according to instructions provided by the Treasury Supervisor, corresponding to the Company’s own operations. * Collaborating in improving the Quality Management System. * Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding funds and documents under your custody. * Supporting the care of company resources and office maintenance, reporting deficiencies to the Administration and Finance Manager. * Assisting lawyers and legal assistants. * Opening and closing company office doors. * Remaining attentive to support needs required by other departments. * Preparing and submitting comprehensive reports on your assigned areas promptly upon request, with the required frequency and highest quality of information. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: * Work location: Main Office – San Isidro * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day. * Base salary + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE. * Timely payments.
