JOB OBJECTIVES: Achieve defined sales targets by developing strategies and building and expanding the client portfolio to maximize company results and value. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a commercial executive and/or sales coordinator. * Experience in security companies (preferred), general services, or related fields. * B2B sales experience. * Graduate and/or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. * Experience in contract closing. * Knowledge of public and/or private tenders (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactivity with strong communication skills at all levels. * Results-oriented mindset. * Existing client portfolio (preferred). * Competitive salary plus commissions. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospect, acquire, visit, and manage sales closures. * Prepare and deliver commercial presentations on company services. * Address diverse client requests regarding offered services in coordination with various company departments to provide solutions. * Ensure customer loyalty and retention. * Achieve established targets. * Handle inquiries or complaints from associates and/or clients. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned.
