Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team, managing both field and online sales while serving as a comprehensive advisor to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field sales and manage online orders by visiting customers. 2. Serve and follow up with customers, gathering market information. 3. Act as a comprehensive commercial advisor, resolving product-related inquiries. To strengthen its sales team and continue driving company growth, **JJ PLASTIC is seeking top talent for the following position** * **Position: Sales Executive – Field & Remote Order Management** San Martin de Porres \- Lima **Responsibilities** * Conduct **field sales**, visiting current and potential customers. * Manage sales and **online order placement** via WhatsApp, telephone calls, and **order-taking apps**. * Serve and follow up with provincial customers and Lima-based customers not visited in person. * Prepare and update **commercial reports** (visits, orders, opportunities) using **Excel and Google Drive**. * Maintain up-to-date customer and order information. * **Gather market information**: emerging customer needs, frequently asked questions, competitors’ activities, market trends, and commercial opportunities. * Act as a **comprehensive commercial advisor**, resolving inquiries regarding products and commercial terms. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper customer service. **Requirements** * Age: Preferably **22 to 28 years old**. * Currently pursuing or having completed university or technical studies in **Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of field sales experience** (mandatory). * Basic proficiency in **Excel** and **Google Drive**. * Experience or ease in using **WhatsApp Business, telephone calls, and order-taking apps**. * Strong affinity for technology and openness to using **digital tools and AI**. * Strong results orientation and **motivation by commissions**. **Benefits** * Monthly fixed salary * Sales commission * Employment contract **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1:00 PM Interested candidates should send their CV with the subject line **SALES EXECUTIVE** to**:** **talentohumano@jjplastic.com.pe** Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
