Job Summary: We are seeking an elderly companion with visual impairment to support their well-being, safety, and quality of life through close, respectful assistance. Key Highlights: 1. A role rooted in service orientation, empathy, and friendly interaction We are looking for a person with a service-oriented mindset, empathy, patience, and a friendly manner to provide companionship to an elderly individual with visual impairment (glaucoma). The primary objective of this position is to contribute to their well-being, safety, and quality of life through close and respectful companionship, preventing feelings of loneliness and encouraging participation in recreational and social activities. Responsibilities: \- Provide companionship and support throughout the day. \- Accompany them during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. \- Remind them and assist with taking medications and vitamins. \- Make their bed and keep their bedroom clean and tidy. \- Prepare a light soup for the evening. \- Accompany them to medical appointments and other errands as needed. \- If possible, accompany them to CIAM workshops, walks, or recreational activities that support their emotional and social well-being. Requirements: \- Experience in caring for or accompanying elderly individuals (preferred). \- A responsible, patient, honest, punctual person with excellent interpersonal skills. \- Ability to foster an atmosphere of trust, respect, and companionship. Benefits: \- Salary between S/ 1,200 and S/ 1,400, depending on experience, availability, and evaluation. \- Formal employment registration under the General Payroll System, including all statutory benefits. \- Job stability and a positive work environment.
