




Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services, installations, and inspections of gastronomic equipment, preparing technical reports, and leading a team. Preparation of technical reports **Job Objective** Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services, installations, inspections of equipment, and preparing technical reports for gastronomic equipment, following established instructions within our procedures based on technical standards, Law No. 29783 (Occupational Safety and Health Law), and environmental regulations. **Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for correctly completing Work Orders – services according to the work system and issuing GMANTEQ reports. \- Lead the technical team under their supervision. \- Provide continuous advisory support to their team in the field. \- Responsible for correctly performing preventive, corrective, emergency, and other types of maintenance as per the weekly schedule. \- Responsible for managing their tools required to carry out daily activities. \- Responsible for using the PPE provided by the company and having them available during unannounced inspections. \- Decisions made are based on established procedures and prior experience to ensure successful operational execution of tasks. \- Fully comply with all provisions and guidelines established by Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management regarding legal, regulatory, organizational, and other requirements defined within the IMS, always aiming to protect health and life in every task performed on behalf of the company. **Education:** * Industrial Electrical Technician training (SENATI / TECSUP or equivalent). * Minimum of three (01\) years of experience providing field technical service for cafeteria equipment. * Proven experience in diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance, commissioning, and customer service for (coffee machines, grinders, water boilers, and others). **Benefits:** \- Payments on the 15th and 30th of each month \- Birthday bonus \- Full social benefits \- Career development path \- Positive work environment **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
