Essential Requirements: * Academic Qualification: Technician graduate or certified in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnology, Power Electricity, or related fields. * Certification: Valid technical certification in the electrical field or activity (Mandatory). * Experience: Proven experience in maintenance, installation, measurement, and/or improvement of Grounding Systems (GS). * Knowledge and use of electrical measuring tools (earth resistance tester, clamp meter, etc.). * Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards for electrical work. Main Responsibilities: * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on Grounding Systems (GS) according to the scheduled plan. * Perform resistance measurements of grounding electrodes and record corresponding technical data. * Apply maintenance materials (conductive gels, conductive cement, etc.) to optimize GS performance. * Assist in laying conductors, installing electrodes, and performing exothermic welds according to project drawings and specifications. * Strictly comply with safety protocols established by the Safety Engineer and Site Supervisor.
