Technical training and performance-based bonuses. **ENEBRO INGENIERÍA SAC**, a company specializing in telecommunications, electronic security, and technological infrastructure solutions, is currently seeking a **Telecommunications Technician** to join our project team. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform installation and maintenance tasks for **structured cabling, video surveillance cameras, access control systems, and telecommunications equipment**. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. * Properly use assigned tools, measurement equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Timely report work progress through **photographic records and continuous communication with the supervisor**, including field incidents or difficulties encountered. * Maintain order and proper care of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Comply with work procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * When no field activities are scheduled, provide technical and operational support at the office/warehouse: material preparation, equipment inspection, tool organization, and other project-related tasks. **Requirements** * Graduate or certified technician in **Electronics, Telecommunications, Networks and Communications, Industrial Electricity, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of hands-on field technical experience**. * Experience in structured cabling and/or installation of electronic security systems. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Ability to prepare basic reports. * Availability to work at various locations across Lima and occasionally in provinces. * Availability to work during scheduled hours according to project requirements. **Competencies We Seek** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Consistent communication with supervisor. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. * Orderliness and proper care of tools and materials. * Teamwork. * Ability to resolve basic field problems. * Commitment to safety and work quality. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration. * Performance-based bonus. * Technical training. * Participation in telecommunications and electronic security projects. * Opportunity for learning and career development within a growing company. **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Salary: Starting at S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
