This is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally within a solid company. **Responsibilities** * Manage and operate the store to meet and exceed sales targets. * Perform store opening and closing procedures. * Supervise inventory control, assets, and proper functioning of facilities. * Verify correct product display, pricing, safety, and visual merchandising guidelines. * Lead and supervise store and warehouse order, cleanliness, and organization. **Requirements** * Technical and/or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (mandatory). * Experience leading sales teams. * Knowledge of Excel. * Training in sales techniques. * Leadership, coaching, image consulting, and visual merchandising courses or workshops are desirable. Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
