Currently, we are looking for responsible, empathetic, and committed individuals to provide care and companionship to patients at home. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in Nursing or recent graduates * Minimum 6 months of experience in patient care or caregiving. * Availability for on-site home-based work shifts of 12 hours, rotating schedules. * Basic knowledge of health assistance and care. **Competencies and Skills:** * Commitment to patient care and vocation for the healthcare field. * Strong communication skills and courteous interpersonal manner. * Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented individual. * Ability to manage time efficiently. * Responsibility, empathy, and service-oriented attitude. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide companionship and assistance to patients in their daily activities. * Support basic health care as directed. * Ensure patient well-being, comfort, and safety. * Maintain effective communication with family members and/or caregivers. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Job stability and opportunity for continuous learning. * Timely payment.
