A prominent Peruvian retail company, with nationwide presence and continuous growth, is currently seeking Warehouse Assistants for our Magdalena branch. We are looking for responsible, committed individuals who are willing to perform operational tasks within a solid organization that offers job stability and development opportunities. **Requirements**: * Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager, including inventory control and personnel management experience. * Proficiency in Kardex and inventory management systems. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with rotating days off. * **Responsibilities**: * Ensure proper organization and security of incoming merchandise. * Monitor inventory levels, ensuring consistency between physical records and system data. * Conduct scheduled cyclic counts and full inventories. * Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation. * Manage urgent and priority requests. * Consolidate information and reports for monthly performance indicator preparation. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations. * Guarantee merchandise stock integrity. * Assist in loading and movement of merchandise. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **We Offer**: * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Compensation of S/.1,450 + S/.450 mobility bonus. * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Training programs within a continuously growing company. * Positive work environment and challenging objectives.
