**Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate and control earthmoving activities at construction sites, ensuring they are carried out according to drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations and established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise **excavation, backfilling, leveling and compaction** activities. * Monitor the **construction of access roads, platforms, trenches and slopes**, ensuring proper implementation of construction procedures. * Coordinate with surveying teams for **level, alignment and volume control**. * Verify availability and efficient use of **heavy machinery**. * Supervise field personnel and contractors, ensuring compliance with **safety, quality and environmental standards**. * Prepare **daily progress reports, production control and material consumption records**. * Support engineering and planning departments in **activity scheduling and cost control**. * Identify and promptly report deviations or interferences during execution. **Requirements:** * Degree or graduate in **Civil Engineering or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 to 5 years of experience in earthwork or heavy infrastructure projects**. * Knowledge of **excavation processes, volumes, compaction and soil quality control**. * Proficiency in **engineering drawings, surveying equipment and engineering software (BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, etc.)**. * Availability to work in provincial locations and under site conditions. * Ability to lead teams and coordinate with different project departments. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Problem-solving skills in field operations. * Effective communication and results orientation. * Commitment to safety and quality.
