Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee comprehensive project construction management, acting as WSP’s accountable representative to the client, integrating field CQA and field engineering activities with office-based engineering, in coordination with the Program Manager. * Serve as the liaison between WSP and the client, maintaining continuous communication with assigned personnel from the Program Manager, EOR, and CQA. * Act as WSP’s on-site point of contact regarding TMF construction matters, leading on-site representation of the designer, as well as field engineering and CQA services, supported by the WSP Resident Engineer. * Participate in execution, planning, quality control, and strategy meetings for works associated with various TMF components (where WSP is involved as designer and/or CQA). * Implement on-site design adjustments during the construction phase based on encountered site conditions and/or applicable optimizations, delivering rapid responses to reduce execution time and/or construction costs. * Conduct reviews and/or updates of designs to incorporate potential variations that may arise from site conditions and/or construction materials. * Perform evaluations and propose modifications, changes, and/or optimizations, aiming to minimize those requiring off-site team involvement. * Conduct periodic supplementary reviews of results from various quality control and assurance tests (e.g., foundations, rockfill, footings, grouting, filters, geomembranes, etc.) to enable identification of deviations and/or impacts on design and construction. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all performed activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree and licensed professional in Civil Engineering and/or Geological Engineering or related disciplines. * Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in supervision and/or construction and/or project management and/or project engineering and/or technical assistance for projects. * Preferred experience in mining infrastructure projects (tailings dams, processing plants, leach pads, waste dumps, channels, conveyor belts, dikes, access roads). * Preferred knowledge of Quality Management and/or Project Management or related topics. * Willingness to work on-site under an on-site work regime. \#Perú \#LI\-GL1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 8**Job Posting** Jul 24, 2026, 12:18:45 AM
