Job Summary: We are seeking field staff to identify and acquire potential customers, present business proposals, retain customers, and manage collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and acquire potential customers 2. Present and explain business proposals 3. Retain customers through visits We are currently recruiting field staff for the following cities: Lima, Lima Provinces (North Chico), Arequipa, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna \- Identify and acquire potential customers such as sales points. \- Present and explain the business proposal and its benefits to customers. \- Retain customers through scheduled route visits. \- Collection management (if required). \- Prepare reports on goal achievement. \- Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
