Job Summary: We are seeking a Foundry Molder to ensure proper molding and assembly of molds, verify sanitation and quality, assist in mold filling and assembly, and meet production scheduling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper molding and/or mold assembly 2. Verify mold sanitation and surface finish quality 3. Operate continuous mixer and process equipment A manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience is currently seeking **two (02) Foundry Molders**: **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper molding and/or appropriate mold assembly according to the production schedule. * Verify mold sanitation, surface finish quality, and correct core placement. * Assist in filling large molds and assembling molds requiring additional personnel. * Meet daily molding and closing schedules. * Properly operate the continuous mixer and equipment used in the process. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations established by the company. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Two years of experience in sand molding using self-hardening resins (No-Bake process), and in mold painting, assembly, and closing. * Knowledge of loose molding, plate molding, and painting processes (spray, brush, washing). **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Commitment * Punctuality * Flexibility Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have working in foundries or industrial companies? * Are you available to start immediately?
