Position Summary: We are seeking personnel to assist in preliminary food preparation and cooking, as well as in cleaning utensils and work surfaces within a mining camp environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preliminary food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping) 2. Participation in the preparation of various dishes assigned by the supervisor 3. Assistance in cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Prior experience in mining camps is desirable. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in preliminary food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping). * Participate in preparing all types of dishes assigned by the direct supervisor, including appetizers, salads, soups, side dishes, etc. * Assist in cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces before, during, and after service. * Follow food cleaning, handling, and storage protocols.
