Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant who will perform general maintenance, basic electrical repairs, and support preventive maintenance of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform general maintenance and basic repairs on facilities 2. Support preventive maintenance to ensure operational continuity 3. Verify and comply with workplace safety standards At Imagina, we are currently looking for a Tax Assistant. The main responsibilities are: * Execute basic general maintenance tasks (painting, finishing, plumbing, carpentry, and minor repairs) in facilities. * Perform basic electrical repairs to ensure proper functioning of lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets. * Support the implementation of preventive maintenance at offices or projects, contributing to operational continuity. * Verify and comply with safety conditions and Occupational Health and Safety standards before, during, and after each intervention. * Report incidents, material requirements, and completed work, maintaining order and cleanliness in intervened areas. Requirements: * 2 years of experience in similar maintenance and general services positions in sales floors and/or offices. * Technical graduate in electricity, maintenance, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts: Rotating: 7am \- 3pm (Shift 1\) or 2pm \- 10pm (Shift 2\).
