What will be your main responsibilities? * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures or repair needs. * Diagnose technical problems and propose efficient solutions. * Maintain records and reports of performed maintenance activities. * Keep tools, equipment, and materials in optimal condition. * Manage and control inventories of spare parts and supplies. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas. * Respond to operational incidents and emergencies as required. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. What are we looking for? * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Mechanics * Welding * Carpentry * Painting * Locksmithing * Operation of electric and manual tools. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems. * Willingness to work at various locations. * Availability to work during scheduled hours and respond to emergencies when necessary. * Good physical condition and manual dexterity. * Responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
