We are currently seeking talented individuals for the position of: **GLP CYLINDER FILLING DRIVER – 4 TONNE VEHICLE** **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Valid **A2B and A4 driver's license**. * Minimum **1 year of experience driving 4-tonne trucks or cargo vehicles**. * Experience in delivery and distribution of products. * Preferred experience transporting **GLP cylinders or high-risk goods**. * Knowledge of routes within Metropolitan Lima and Callao. * Minimum education: **Completed secondary school**. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Basic knowledge of road safety and goods transportation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Drive the assigned vehicle for GLP cylinder distribution. * Transport products safely and efficiently according to the daily schedule. * Verify the vehicle’s operational status using the corresponding checklist before starting the route. * Confirm the assigned cargo and related documentation prior to departure. * Ensure proper loading, transport, and unloading of GLP cylinders. * Comply with the company’s established safety, traffic, and operational procedures. * Report any incidents occurring during the route. * Maintain the vehicle clean and in optimal operating condition. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Support distribution-related operational activities as required. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** **Economic Benefits** * Annual salary: PEN 15,000 or more * Formal employment registration (**payroll**) from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay in accordance with the law. * Career progression path for drivers. **Corporate Benefits** * **Gas Cylinder Program:** preferential pricing for employees. * **EnergiSalud (EPS):** enrollment with corporate discount. * **EnergiSalud Inhouse:** free health campaigns. * **EnergiTank:** fuel discounts. * **EnergiCash:** access to loans via partner company (subject to evaluation). **Payment Schedule:** first month paid at month-end; from the second month onward, biweekly payments.
