Job Summary: Perform pet bathing and care services, advising owners and ensuring animal welfare in a clean and safe environment. Key Points: 1. Perform baths and pet care services according to the established protocol 2. Assess pets and advise owners on appropriate services 3. Ensure pet welfare and maintain a clean work area **Main Responsibilities** § Perform baths following an established service protocol. Baths may include various services such as dematting, deshedding, brushing, touch-ups, and haircuts as required. (Includes within the bath service: nail trimming and filing, ear and eye cleaning, and gland expression where applicable) § Conduct a general assessment of the pet prior to starting the service, to inform owners about the pet's condition upon arrival. § Advise owners on the service most suitable for their pet, based on breed, coat type, and specific characteristics. § Carry out tasks carefully, ensuring the pet's welfare at all times during the service. § Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools. Collaborate generally with the order and cleanliness of the spa area, always ensuring service delivery under optimal hygiene and safety conditions, both for the service provider and the pet receiving care.
