You will be responsible for ensuring dish quality, kitchen organization, and compliance with operational standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities. * Design and update the menu in collaboration with management. * Monitor dish quality, presentation, and preparation times. * Manage the kitchen team (scheduling, training, and performance). * Control inventory, ordering, and ingredient costs. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Optimize processes to improve operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Gastronomy. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef. * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and personnel supervision. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work in Central Lima. **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
