If you have a love for cooking, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook dishes following restaurant recipes and guidelines. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Ensure food meets quality and presentation standards before service. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee efficient, high-quality service. * Properly manage ingredients and supplies to minimize waste. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. * Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a chef in a traditional Peruvian cuisine or breakfast restaurant, preferred. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and handling of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes accurately. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed culinary studies.
