If you have a love for cooking, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to be part of a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food according to restaurant-established recipes and guidelines. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Verify the quality and proper presentation of dishes prior to delivery. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and excellent service. * Efficiently manage supplies and raw materials to minimize waste. * Comply with food safety, health, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant serving traditional Peruvian cuisine or breakfast, preferably. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and handling of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Capacity to follow instructions and recipes accurately. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Completed culinary studies.
