Currently, we are seeking a proactive Hose Assembly Technician to join our team at our Lurín headquarters. If you seek a challenge in a demanding industrial environment with growth opportunities, this is your chance! * Verify components (hoses, fittings, terminals, etc.) and execute assembly requirements according to technical specifications and requested quantities. * Measure, cut, and prepare hoses per work orders, respecting indicated tolerances and dimensions. * Fulfill Exanco’s technical requirements, including on-site client work, travel, and technician replacements at Stockless branches in Lima and provinces. * Assemble and crimp hoses with their respective terminals and fittings, correctly using assigned tools and equipment. * Visually inspect products and, where applicable, conduct pressure tests to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Track completed orders, assembled quantities, working hours, and identified non-conformities. * Periodically inspect the condition of crimping machines, cutters, and other tools, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Operate under safe conditions, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to industrial safety regulations. * Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace to support operational efficiency and safety. Job Requirements * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience assembling or building industrial, hydraulic, or similar hoses. * Knowledge of hose types (hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial). * Proficiency with hand and power tools (crimping machines, cutters, calipers, wrenches, etc.). * Basic ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, pressure gauges, etc.). * Knowledge of industrial safety standards and PPE usage. * Availability to work in plant or warehouse settings. * Punctuality and commitment. * Willingness to travel within Arequipa.
