Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently recruiting an **HSE Project Manager for our projects in Peru.** **About the Role:** * The position will be located at the sites where our execution projects are underway, with shift-based work to verify and control compliance with our HSE standards. * Ensure compliance with applicable local legislation. * Responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of the HSE system in Peru, delivered by the country’s Corporate HSE Manager, ensuring alignment between project-defined standards and current corporate and regulatory expectations. * Define and plan strategic project objectives, ensuring integration with the Regional HSE strategy. * Design and implement action plans and process standardization initiatives to strengthen the organization’s safety, health, and environmental culture. * Develop and implement a Critical and Regulatory Risk Standards Plan for HSE, applicable to services and projects, considering the business environment. * Manage and analyze safety data to identify critical risks, establish priorities, and define mitigation strategies. * Coordinate and participate in internal and external audit programs to assess HSE compliance and continuous improvement. * Provide technical and strategic support to Project Construction Managers and leaders, ensuring correct implementation of Critical Risk Management across all project phases. * Guarantee the application and continuous improvement of best practices in Health, Safety, and Environment in line with AUSENCO standards. **About You:** * Licensed professionals with specializations in Occupational Health and Safety (with relevant certifications issued in Peru). * Minimum 15 years of experience on mining or infrastructure projects in Peru. * Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Manager-level roles within Health and Safety for EPC/EPCM projects in Peru. * Experience implementing HSE management systems, and experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up processes. * Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge and experience applying the following methodologies: Bow Tie / ICAM / ISO / SBC, and HSE technology solutions applicable to construction. **Why Ausenco?** We support your individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
