Manages suppliers, expenses, and facility maintenance At Delta Electronics (Peru) Inc. S.R.L., we are looking for a Human Resources and Administration Analyst to join our team in Lima, Peru. The primary mission of this role is to manage and execute the company's Human Resources and Administration processes, ensuring appropriate talent management, personnel administration, and operation of administrative services. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating activities related to employee onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll management, training, organizational climate, internal communications, as well as supplier administration, expense control, and facility maintenance. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and organizational objectives. Requirements: * **Human Resources:** * Manage the employee onboarding process, including preparation and delivery of welcome materials. * Coordinate and monitor training and development programs for employees. * Maintain updated HR performance indicators and reports, such as attendance, * vacations, medical leaves, contract renewals, and other reports required by the organization. * Administer, organize, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files. * Manage the issuance of employment documents, including pay slips and CTS settlements. * Monitor performance evaluation processes and organizational climate assessments. * Coordinate and execute internal communications related to activities, events, and corporate campaigns. * Draft and update HR-related policies, procedures, and documents for review and approval by management. * Administer internal communication channels via email and corporate messaging platforms. * Manage and monitor employee attendance through the DICOM system. * Coordinate with external HR service providers and consultants. * Perform calculation, review, and validation of payroll remuneration. * Maintain continuous coordination with corporate HR teams to ensure compliance with departmental policies and objectives. **Administration:** * Manage the registration, control, and follow-up of office fixed expense payments, from request generation through payment confirmation. * Administer relationships with service and supply vendors essential to office operations. * Develop, update, and document administrative policies, procedures, and controls. * Maintain updated databases and reports related to expenses, suppliers, insurance, and other administrative indicators. * Coordinate and monitor activities related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA). * Request quotations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. * Periodically analyze operational costs and expenses, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. * Administer the petty cash fund and prepare corresponding liquidation reports. * Manage expense requests and their respective reimbursements or liquidations. * Supervise inventory control of promotional items, uniforms, office supplies, cafeteria consumables, and cleaning materials. * Conduct periodic inspections of infrastructure, furniture, and office equipment, proposing improvement actions. * Coordinate, obtain quotations for, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities. * Ensure compliance with operational and safety controls for facilities.
