Position Summary: Oversees the recruitment, selection, and evaluation process for personnel, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and implementation of HR policies. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of HR policies and procedures **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate in Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering. \- Knowledge of labor legislation and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) (Recommended) \- Certification in HR-related training (Recommended) \- Experience in roles related to the Human Resources area. \- Immediate availability; work location: Los Olivos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and evaluation process for personnel. \- Ensure that all HR department activities necessary for compliance with applicable labor regulations are established, documented, and implemented (e.g., Internal Regulations, Health and Safety Standards, etc.). \- Implement and disseminate HR policies and procedures. \- Carry out other instructions from the immediate supervisor. **WORK HOURS:** **Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM \- 05:00 PM** Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Salary: Up to S/.1,130\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in human resources?
