Strategic vision and decision-making in personnel management Lead the company's comprehensive human resources management, acting as a strategic liaison among various departments to strengthen organizational culture. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring personnel policies and practices in compliance with current labor legislation, as well as developing training, well-being, and talent management programs to enhance employee engagement and performance, thereby contributing to the organization’s sustainable growth. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Manage biweekly payroll, social benefits, and staff payments, including third-party invoices, insurance, training, and monthly accounting entries. * Lead the full employee onboarding cycle: recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees. * Conduct semiannual performance evaluations and coordinate training programs, including occupational safety and health. * Supervise compliance with labor legislation, the Internal Work Regulations, and internal policies. * Represent the company before SUNAFIL, the Ministry of Labor, and Labor Courts. * Manage labor conflicts, complaints, claims, and separation processes. * Prepare the annual Integrated Personnel Expenditure (GIP) budget in coordination with all departments. * Design and implement well-being, integration, and organizational culture programs. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years leading Human Resources departments in retail, industrial, or service companies. * Solid knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and SUNAFIL procedures. * Intermediate English proficiency and advanced Excel skills. * A postgraduate diploma in HR, organizational development, or labor legislation is desirable. **Competencies** * Leadership and people management * Results orientation and decision-making * Effective communication and conflict management * Adaptability and strategic vision **Benefits** * Formal employment from day one with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, health insurance, vacation). * Career path and professional development aligned with the company’s growth.
