The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment, selection, training, payroll, and personnel administration processes. **Responsibilities**: * Recruitment and selection of security personnel, **private security agents.** * Assignment of security agents to their respective work positions. * Management of employee documentation (contracts, licenses, certificates, disciplinary notices, and related tasks). * Attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, and leave management. * Development and implementation of training programs and plans. * Support in payroll and social benefits administration. * Maintenance of up-to-date employee database. * Assistance in resolving labor-related inquiries and conflicts. **Requirements**: * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * **Experience in the surveillance and security sector (PREFERRED)** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams. * Interpersonal and effective communication skills. **Benefits**: * Competitive salary. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent working environment. * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
