Job Summary: A leading Peruvian company is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the full employee life cycle—from recruitment through benefits administration and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. We are a leading Peruvian company with over 29 years of experience specializing in innovation, development, and contract manufacturing of premium products focused on cereals, cookies, and bakery items incorporating superfoods. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, nutritious food solutions strategically tailored to meet specific market needs. We are currently seeking one (1) HR Manager. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. \- Administration of personnel contracts. \- Management of personnel attendance. \- Management of personnel social insurance (Essalud, SCTR, Life Insurance Law, among others). \- Oversight of compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) and Occupational Safety and Health standards. \- Creation and maintenance of up-to-date personnel files for each employee. \- Preparation of PLAME reports, registrations, cancellations, and other modifications in the T\- Register. \- Submission of AFP NET information. \- Payroll calculation, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and Social Benefits Settlement. \- Entry into SAP system of payroll provisions, bonuses, CTS, and Social Benefits Settlement. \- Handling inspections, requests, and procedures before Sunafil and other related entities. \- Coordination with legal advisors regarding contingency management and labor proceedings. \- Other duties inherent to the area. **COMPETENCIES** \- Organization and follow-up capability. \- Effective communication. \- Proactivity and autonomy. \- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. \- Results orientation. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum education: University degree in Accounting / Administration / Psychology. \- Three (3) years of experience in HR. \- Intermediate level Microsoft Office proficiency. **JOB CONDITIONS** \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \- Work location: Calle El Engranaje MZ A Lt 04 Urb La Milla SMP. \- Remuneration: S/.2 000\.00 – S/2 500\.00, subject to evaluation. \- Formal employment registration and standard social benefits. Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month. Work location: On-site employment
