Deco Hogar E.I.R.L. – Jiapeng is a growing commercial-industrial company engaged in the importation, assembly, and distribution of motorcycles, cargo tricycles, outboard motors, and spare parts. We operate across multiple cities nationwide, maintain business relationships with international suppliers, and possess an expanding distribution network. Lead the company's comprehensive human resources management, ensuring appropriate administration of the organizational structure, talent acquisition, orientation and onboarding, personnel administration, employee welfare, workplace climate, discipline, labor compliance, and leadership support—aiming to contribute to operational stability, organizational development, and business sustainability. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, lead, and supervise the company's comprehensive human resources management, aligning its processes with the business's operational, commercial, and administrative needs. * Supervise the performance of the HR Analyst, HR Assistant, and HR Clerk, assigning priorities, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring proper execution of departmental processes. * Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation. * Supervise new employee onboarding: offer letters, documentation, administrative registration, logistical requirements, orientation, and onboarding. * Supervise personnel administration: employment contracts, personnel files, contract renewals, registrations, terminations, and document control. * Coordinate and supervise payroll, compensation, social benefits, vacation management, severance calculations, and labor information control in collaboration with Administration and Finance. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation, internal regulations, corporate policies, and internal procedures. * Provide support to supervisors and managers regarding disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, labor relations, and people-related decisions. * Design and supervise employee welfare, workplace climate, internal communication, retention, and cultural strengthening programs. * Design and monitor training, orientation, and staff development plans. * Manage relationships with EPS, SCTR, Vida Ley, EsSalud subsidies, and other employee-related benefits. * Participate in updating organizational structures, job descriptions, MOF (Organizational Framework Manual), organizational charts, and job evaluations. * Promote employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. * Supervise key HR metrics: turnover rate, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, employment stability, discipline, and onboarding effectiveness. * Manage relationships with external vendors and entities related to recruitment, occupational health, training, and labor legal advisory services. * Participate in internal committees related to prevention, welfare, and sexual harassment. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health provisions concerning personnel. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by General Management. **Requirements** Academic Qualifications * University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or related fields. **Specialization** * Preferred specialization in Human Resources, Talent Management, Labor Law, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Compensation, or Personnel Administration. **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in senior HR leadership or coordination roles. * Experience in: Recruitment and selection; onboarding and orientation; personnel administration; labor legislation and labor relations; compensation and benefits; human resource management metrics; organizational structures and MOF; job evaluation; workplace climate; ERP or HRIS systems. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Organizational and planning skills. * Conflict management. * Results orientation. * Analytical ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Confidentiality and professional judgment.
