Ability to diagnose faults and propose technical solutions on-site. **Job Description:** At **IBENTEL S.A.C.**, a company specialized in the design and implementation of electromechanical projects (IIEE, ACI, HVAC), electronic security, and telecommunications, we are currently seeking an **HVAC Technician** to strengthen our field technical team. We seek a professional with solid experience in the installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of air conditioning systems, with a focus on quality, safety, and adherence to project deadlines. **Requirements:** * Technician graduate or certified in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of HVAC systems. * Proven knowledge of: VRF/VRV systems, unitary direct-expansion systems, chilled water systems, and ventilation and ductwork systems. * Ability to diagnose faults and propose technical solutions on-site. * Minimum 1 year of experience executing HVAC projects. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. * Conduct technical assessments and issue accurate on-site diagnostics. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation equipment. * Service systems including wall-mounted, floor/ceiling-mounted, ducted, VRF/VRV, chilled water, and mechanical ventilation systems. * Carry out mechanical and electrical installation of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. * Assemble equipment such as fan coils, ducts, wall-mounted units, floor/ceiling-mounted units, and ventilation systems (centrifugal fans, cabinets, etc.). * Execute commissioning, adjustment, and functional testing. * Configure electronic thermostats and control systems. * Perform refrigerant charging in accordance with regulations. * Prepare technical reports and service documentation. * Comply with company quality, safety, and procedural standards. * Support other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor. **Competencies:** * Problem-solving * Results-oriented * Organization and planning * Working under pressure * Effective communication and teamwork **BENEFITS**: \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from the first day of work.
