Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and structural safety. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of construction and maintenance projects 2. Guarantee of stability and safety in structural designs 3. Participation in Civil Defense inspections Main Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections and coordinate with contractors during construction execution, two to three times per week depending on whether the location is Lima or the provinces, and on the scale of improvement and/or maintenance works. * Prepare, review, and coordinate with suppliers on structural designs and geotechnical designs for FEBAN premises to ensure structural stability and safety. * Develop or coordinate detailed schedules and budgets for FEBAN’s investment and maintenance projects. * Ensure that investment and maintenance projects comply with Peru’s National Building Regulations. * Participate, as FEBAN’s technical department, in Civil Defense inspections conducted on institutional properties — inspect and monitor civil works execution to ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Evaluation and Management or similar roles. * Knowledge of Integrated Information Systems (ERP). * Proficiency in AUTOCAD 2D and 3D, REVIT software, and BIM. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Person with disability: Yes **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
