Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Supervisor I to coordinate tasks, ensure execution of mining-related fieldwork, and issue incident and activity reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of tasks and assurance of field and office work. 2. Issuance of reports and handling of security incidents at the mining unit. 3. Review of procedures and fixed/mobile infrastructure nodes. **INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR I** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered engineer in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. * 6–12 months of experience in networking, mining processes, and/or infrastructure. * Class A1 driver's license with at least 2 years of validity; preferably with driving experience within a mining unit. * Intermediate level of English. * Availability to work according to project requirements. * Residence in Lima is preferred. **KNOWLEDGE:** * IT Service Management – ITIL (Basic) * Networking, networks, LAN, Wi-Fi, Radio Frequency (Basic) * Office software (Basic) * Operating Systems: LINUX, Windows (Intermediate) * Knowledge related to technological infrastructure and telecommunications **FUNCTIONS:** * Coordinate appropriately with the client area’s direct supervisor to secure necessary facilities for scheduled task execution. * Ensure that field and office work is carried out in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols at the mining unit. * Submit corresponding reports to the client area’s direct supervisor, with copies sent to the immediate supervisor, and report any security incidents occurring during activities at the mining unit. * Review fixed and/or mobile infrastructure procedures and nodes at the mining unit. **COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented, Leadership, Effective Communication, Adaptability, Customer Orientation, and Planning & Coordination Ability. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration * Health insurance (EPS) * Career development path **Interested candidates should send their CV to: daniel.garcia@atelea.pe** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per week Work Location: Regular travel required
