Position Summary: A professional with experience in Occupational Safety and Health to manage inspections, documentation, training, and regulatory compliance in projects and offices. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. Knowledge and Certifications * Law No. 29783 and related Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * AutoCAD (desirable). * OSH diploma program of at least 150 hours. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Basic English (desirable). Experience * Minimum 3 months of experience in hydrocarbon and/or civil construction projects, with OSH knowledge. * Experience in inspections, IPERC, inductions, and operational safety control (desirable). Other Requirements * COVID-19 vaccination: third dose (per the company/client's current policy). * Class A-I driver's license (desirable but not mandatory). * Willingness to travel and work on-site. * Documented curriculum vitae. Main Responsibilities SSOMA Inspections and Control * Verify that equipment, tools, materials, and PPE comply with applicable standards and procedures. * Conduct monthly SSOMA inspections at projects and offices, issuing observations and recommendations. * Monitor high-risk activities both on-site and in the office, and promptly report to responsible personnel. * Provide biweekly follow-up on the status of measurement equipment when the HSEQ Coordinator is not present in the office, and disseminate its status to staff. Document Management and Prevention * Develop and support the implementation of occupational safety and health standards, procedures, and practices. * Prepare the IPERC Matrix, Environmental Aspects Matrix, Risk Map, and Emergency Response Plan for projects and offices. * Conduct pre-use checklists (for operations, equipment, high-risk tasks, and PPE) as a safety management tool. Training, IMS, and Preventive Culture * Support OSH inductions for new and third-party personnel. * Conduct safety meetings and support scheduled activities. * Identify, report, and correct hazards/aspects and risks/impacts within the work area. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and related annual OSH programs. * Participate in the development and updating of the risk map and in implementing IMS recommendations. Incidents, Emergencies, and Compliance * Immediately report incidents, occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and unsafe conditions. * Promptly communicate any situation that endangers safety, health, or facilities. * Implement immediate corrective actions whenever possible, without penalty for reporting. * Cooperate in investigations of accidents and occupational diseases as required. * Properly use company instruments, materials, equipment, facilities, and information. * Comply with integrated quality, environmental, and OSH policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
