Position Summary: A testing and research laboratory is seeking analysts for characterization and physical-mechanical testing, responsible for conducting tests, maintenance, and continuous improvement. The testing and research laboratory is seeking one analyst for the characterization area and one analyst for the physical-mechanical area. 1\. Education: * Chemical engineers, industrial chemistry technicians, environmental technologies specialists, and related disciplines 2\. Requirements: * Interpretation of NTP ISO/IEC 17025, General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories (desirable) * Safe handling of chemical reagents and laboratory equipment * Basic knowledge of analytical chemistry. * Knowledge of X-ray (RX) and fluorescence X-ray (FRX) analysis * Knowledge of physical-mechanical testing 3\. Experience: * Minimum 3 months performing laboratory testing 4\. Responsibilities: * Identify risks and opportunities for improvement within the laboratory. * Perform routine tests and analyses under supervision of a senior-level analyst. * Prepare solutions and reagents following standard procedures. * Develop operational flow diagrams related to assigned processes. * Perform verifications of volumetric materials. * **Use PPE identified for each activity performed.** * Comply with laboratory procedures and instructions. * **Maintain up-to-date inventory records of materials and reagents.** * Identify potential non-conforming work during laboratory activities. * **Regenerate deionized water.** * Record primary data obtained during test execution in established formats and worksheets, ensuring legibility, traceability, and timeliness. * **Support cleaning and maintenance of the workplace and laboratory equipment.** * Report possible deviations during service execution to the immediate supervisor. * **Verify proper functioning of equipment prior to service execution.** * Comply with all safety and quality standards established in the laboratory, including ISO 17025 requirements. * **Participate in continuous training and internal capacity-building sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.** * Other duties as assigned. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll employment with a MYPE company. * On-site work in SMP. * Excellent working environment. * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–12 PM Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,100.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in characterization or mechanical testing? * If currently studying, please specify your class schedule and confirm whether your availability is full-time/immediate. * In which district do you reside? * The company operates under the MYPE regime, with working hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM–12 PM.
