A prominent **mining company** is currently seeking: **SSO INSPECTOR – UNDERGROUND MINE** **We Offer** * **Formal employment contract** from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Direct contract with the company**. * **100% covered transportation** from Juliaca, Arequipa, Huancayo, and Lima. * **100% covered meals and mining camp accommodation**. * Job stability. **Requirements** * Technical graduate in **Safety**, **Mining Exploitation**, or related fields. * Experience in a **100% conventional underground mine**. * Availability for a **14x7 work schedule in Chala, Arequipa**. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **daily inspections inside the mine**, verifying safe conditions at working faces, excavations, equipment, and haulage routes. * Supervise **in-field compliance** with standards, PETS, and the Mining Safety Regulation **DS\-024\-2016\-EM**. * Verify the **proper use of PPE** and reinforce its correct application across all operational areas. * Monitor the proper implementation of **checklists, PETAR, incident reports**, and other management tools **in the work area**. * Identify, report, and **halt activities** presenting imminent risk or substandard conditions until hazards are eliminated. * Support and reinforce **operational inductions and training sessions**, as required. * Report incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions detected during shifts **on-site**.
