That’s why we welcome professionals who are ready to grow, learn, and bring their perspective to the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.** **Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Law students in their final years of study. * Knowledge of Civil and Contract Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Law, and Personal Data Protection. * Interest in pursuing internships in Compliance areas and the energy sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review and monitor changes in legal regulations impacting the scope of the Prevention Model (Compliance Program). * Support contract reviews to identify and mitigate Compliance risks (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing, corruption, criminal liability prevention, fair competition, personal data, international sanctions, indemnities, and contractual termination). * Support drafting of Compliance reports. * Support implementation of due diligence measures and procedures. * Support reviewing and responding to Compliance-related inquiries. * Identify and conduct preliminary assessments of Compliance risks associated with new initiatives or projects. * Support preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other tasks as required by the department.
