And it is our people—not algorithms—that care about helping our customers make better decisions. **The Role** Ensure timely management of the supplier documentation process—including receipt, review, upload, tracking, and closure—within the onboarding process, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines and the quality of recorded information. **What Are Your Key Responsibilities?** * Explain the onboarding process to suppliers. * Actively track document uploads. * Correct documents uploaded by suppliers on the platform. * Schedule interviews by coordinating with the availability of onboarding reviewers. * Review, analyze, and validate the suppliers’ general balance sheets and income statements for the last three (3\) years, assessing liquidity, debt levels, profitability, and other key indicators. * Respond to internal and supplier inquiries regarding documentation and onboarding status. * Notify suppliers and manage BIR closure for cases where suppliers fail to complete the process. * Participate in internal coordination meetings and departmental trainings. * Collaborate on improving onboarding procedures and templates. * Perform other related or complementary duties assigned by the Onboarding Coordinator. **What Are We Looking For?** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in B2B roles within industries such as manufacturing, mining, retail, or others. * Experience in document management or customer service functions. **Knowledge Requirements** * Intermediate or Advanced Excel * Power BI (desirable) * Labor legislation * Occupational Health and Safety Legislation (Law No. 29783\) * Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001\) (basic). **What We Offer:** * Positive work environment with an agile and dynamic culture. * Hybrid work model. * Private health insurance. * Career path opportunity. *CIAL provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
