Job Summary: This role involves performing transformation and processing operations, ensuring product quality and compliance with good manufacturing practices, including preparation of the work area and waste management. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for transformation and packaging operations 2. Ensures product quality and compliance with good manufacturing practices 3. Waste management and maintenance of the work area Responsibilities: * Receive the manufacturing order and clarify any doubts regarding the order with the shift supervisor. * Verify that packaging materials, trays, or other components are in perfect condition for use. * Prepare and condition the work area by applying company-established measures, such as safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. * Perform the transformation and processing operations specified in the product manufacturing plan for the following tasks: · Machine operator assistance (cooking) · Cooling and packaging · Labeling of packages · Others. * Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products for subsequent analysis according to company-established protocols. * Comply with good manufacturing practices during the execution of assigned activities. * Report any process failures or non-compliance to the immediate supervisor. * Properly manage waste (equipment and machinery cleaning, trimmings, etc.). * Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work area before, during, and after the work shift. * Complete the relevant records for the company’s management systems (occupational health and safety, food safety, quality, and others assigned). * Carry out assigned tasks efficiently and responsibly. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
