Please send your CV and/or inquiries via WhatsApp or the link below: 905 433 747 https://wa.me/\+51905433747 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (on-site). * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (virtual), plus one Saturday per month on-site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide social orientation and accompaniment to employees facing personal, family, financial, or work-related challenges. * Conduct assessment and follow-up of social cases affecting employee attendance, performance, or retention. * Manage follow-up of prolonged medical leaves, occupational illnesses, and workplace accidents to facilitate return-to-work. * Conduct interviews and home visits when required by the case. * Implement well-being, health prevention, and health promotion campaigns. * Administer and track cases and activities within the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in social welfare, occupational health, or Safety and Health (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on a rotational basis between the San Miguel and Centro de Lima offices. **Benefits** * Pleasant work environment * Growth opportunities * Integration meetings * Market-competitive remuneration Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
