Please send your CV and/or inquiries via the following WhatsApp number or link: 905 433 747 https://wa.me/\+51905433747 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in-person). * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (virtual), plus one Saturday per month in-person. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide social orientation and accompaniment to employees facing personal, family, economic, or work-related challenges. * Conduct assessment and follow-up of social cases affecting employee attendance, performance, or retention. * Manage follow-up for extended medical leaves, occupational illnesses, and workplace accidents, facilitating return-to-work. * Conduct interviews and home visits when required by the case. * Implement wellness, prevention, and health promotion campaigns. * Administer and track case records and departmental activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in social welfare, occupational health, or Occupational Safety and Health (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on a rotating basis between the San Miguel and Central Lima offices. **Benefits** * Pleasant work environment * Growth opportunities * Team integration meetings * Market-competitive remuneration Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
